At Fredshero, we understand that sometimes plans change – and so do orders. That’s why we strive to make our order cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order with our online hoodie store.
Cancelling Your Order
You may request to cancel your hoodie order within 24 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at contact@fredshero.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Note: After 24 hours, your order may already be in production or in the shipping process. Once this happens, we can no longer cancel the order.
Made-to-Order & Limited Edition Items
Some of our hoodies are made-to-order or part of limited edition drops. Due to the custom nature of these products, cancellations may not be accepted once production begins. Please double-check product details and sizing before completing your purchase.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved within the allowed time, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Changes to Your Order
Need to change the size, color, or style of your hoodie? No problem – just reach out within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to update it before it goes into production.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request if:
The product has already been shipped.
The item is part of a final sale or clearance.
The product is custom-designed or personalized.
