Return Policy

At Fredshero, we want you to love your hoodie as much as we loved designing it. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, our Return Policy makes it easy to return your purchase.

Return Eligibility

    You may return your hoodie if:

    It is unused, unworn, and unwashed

    It is in original condition with tags and packaging

    Your return request is made within 30 days of receiving the item

    Note: Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

    Non-Returnable Items

      The following items cannot be returned:

      Custom-made or personalized hoodies

      Final sale or clearance items

      Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer

      How to Request a Return

        To start a return, contact our support team at contact@fredshero.com with:

        Your order number

        Reason for return

        Photo(s) of the product if it’s damaged or incorrect

        Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).

        Return Shipping

          If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, etc.), return shipping is free.

          For voluntary returns (e.g., you changed your mind or chose the wrong size), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

          We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your hoodie arrives safely.

          Return Window

            Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

            Processing Your Return

              Once your return is received and inspected:

              You will receive a confirmation email

              Approved returns will be processed as either:

              A refund to your original payment method (see our Refund Policy)

              Processing may take 5 – 7 business days after we receive your return.

              Damaged or Incorrect Items

                If your hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will happily replace it or offer a full refund at no extra cost. Please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
