Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund if:
The hoodie arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item.
You received the wrong size due to a fulfillment error.
Your package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered.
You return the item within our eligible return window.
Note: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned in resellable condition.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind or if you ordered the wrong size without checking the size chart
Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items
Items returned outside the return window
Products showing signs of wear, damage, or washing
Refund Request Timeframe
You must submit your refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Process
If your request is approved:
You’ll receive a return shipping label (if applicable).
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 – 7 business days.
Note: Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Return shipping is free for approved refund cases due to our fault.
If the return is voluntary (e.g., wrong size ordered), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 5 – 7 business days:

Contact your credit card company or payment provider
